Mother's Day gift ideas
Are you like so many others? Wondering what to give your Mother on Mother’s Day. These are just some ideas on what she would be interested in… 1. Does she like flowers? Get her some, but not the fake ones that die in a few days. Buy her a plant that she can grow and cherish, and she will always remember the gift.
2. Books are always a favorite. Just let her loose herself in that story, and relax. It is so refreshing to sit there, lost in a little fantasy. Make sure it is one from her favorite author, or on a topic, she likes.
3. Jewelry is always great! It does not have to be expensive.
4. Candy is okay, but remember - that she might just be watching her figure.
5. A hobby is always a great place to look for gift giving ideas. Does she sew? Maybe she needs a new pair of scissors. Is she a Crafter? A new needle set, might be in order. She might even appreciate a glue gun! Just look around for things she might need.
6. Does she like to write? Maybe, she could use more paper, pens, stamps, or even a journal.
7. How are her clothes holding up? Money to buy something extravagant would be great!
8. When you have bought that outfit, how about taking her somewhere nice? Out to eat, a dinner and a movie, or some other place that she would like to go.
9. You could always clean the house, fix her a nice dinner; give her time to relax. Remember to do the dishes!
10. She might enjoy a hairdressing appointment or a day at the spa. Give her something to help her enjoy her day even more.
11. Is there an event that she has always wanted to go to, or try? Take her there, and allow her to have the experience. This is the opportunity to show her that her dreams are not lost, even if they have been put to the wayside – for awhile. These are just a few ideas that I have came up with to help her to enjoy her day. I hope that any of them will give you something to help you come up with some ideas.
